As part of a BHM course, candidates are taught about different facets of the hospitality industry. Thus, in a BHM course aspirants are taught food and beverage preparation, housekeeping operations, front office operations, computer applications, business communication, accommodation operation, corporate finance, sales, marketing, public relations etc. BHM course is known to have theory as well as practical subjects.

It is my great pleasure to welcome you all to the Department of Hospitality Management at White House International College, Kathmandu. We started our journey in the year of 2001 over the last 21 years, we have grown our expertise and competence in the core Hospitality Management curriculum and research.

The key purpose of Hotel Management Course is to make students familiar with management techniques, processes, and methods used in the hotel and hospitality sector globally. We offer BHM (4 years) Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality at White House College, which provides students a professional training equipped with knowledge about management of hotel operations including hotel staff, hotel facilities and resources, marketing, sales, accounting and many more concepts prominent in hospitality industry.

Over the past years hospitality industry has seen a huge surge in career prospects all over the world.  In Nepal too, we could see world renowned star hotels brand coming in and making a heavy investment in hotel and resort sector seeing its huge potentials for hospitality growth. It is indicative to the fact that there will be a high demand for hospitality graduates in the days to come. Keeping this in mind, we at White House College prepares our students to meet the demand both theoretically and practically catering a world class hospitality education and training at an affordable fees structure in a state of the art facilitated kitchen and lab.

Eligibility for admission in BHM Program

A minimum of CGPA “C” with not less than D+ in individual subjects in +2 or equivalent exams. Students will then have to appear for the WhiteHouse Management Admissions Test (WMAT).

Successful applicants in WhiteHouse Graduate Admission Test (WGAT) will be eligible for admission. WGAT comprises:
