B.A.LL.B
Himalayan WhiteHouse College of Law offers a five-year B.A. LL.B. program for students who have completed +2 or an intermediate course in any stream. This course covers a wide range of legal subjects and connects law with social sciences, professional fields, and technology.
In the first and second years, students learn the basics of political science, economics, sociology, and management. They also study the fundamental concepts of law, legislative principles, and criminal and procedural laws. In the third year, students explore advanced legal topics such as trial advocacy, ethics, and constitutionalism. In the fourth and fifth years, they specialize in one of the following areas:
- Criminal Law
- Constitutional Law
- Business Law
- Environment and Development Law
The program focuses on developing students’ analytical and critical thinking skills. Research and community outreach are an important part of the curriculum. Students engage in applied research and participate in various legal and social programs.
A practical learning approach helps students gain skills in case preparation, client interviews, and counseling. English is the mandatory language of instruction to ensure students can compete at national and international levels. Seminars, workshops, and interactive sessions are also conducted in English to enhance their academic and professional skills.
